Scrambled Egg on Toast
This scrambled egg recipe makes a simply, easy and nutritious breakfast in under 5 minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 slice of your favourite bread
- A few sprigs of fresh chives (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp butter
- Salt & Pepper

In a bowl using a fork whisk together the eggs with the chives (you can also add a splash of milk too if you fancy). Heat the butter in a non-stick pan and once melted add the egg mixture. If you want creamy lighter eggs, put the pan on a high heat and intermittently take the pan on and off the heat, stirring fast.

Put your bread in the toaster.

When its at the consistency you like add the salt and pepper to taste then place on buttered toast (this avoids the eggs going watery).
