With avocado or store-bought guacamole this is perfect recipe for students on a budget. This recipe is cheap, easy and tasty.

Ingredients

1/3 red onion (finely chopped)
2 tbsp of smashed avocado or store-bought guacamole
1 tbsp of fresh coriander (chopped)
5 cherry tomatoes (cut into halves)
A sqeeze of lime (optional)
2 pieces of toast
Salt and pepper (to taste)

Tick ingredients off as you gather them.

Method

Toast your bread
One the toast is ready place all the ingredients on top and season with salt and pepper
