Banana Porridge
This banana porridge is the perfect store cupboard recipe. Super cheap, delicious and fuels you until lunch!
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp rolled oats (quick oats)
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 drop of vanilla extract
- 1 small banana (preferably ripe)
- 1 sprinkle of salt
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions

Heat the oats, milk and water in the pan.

In the meantime slice your banana very thinly and then place in the pan with the vanilla extract, cinnamon, pinch of salt.

Heat till nice and thick.
