Tuna Salad

A healthy, filling, go to salad for those tuna lovers!

Ingredients

  • Butter (preferebly unsalted)
  • 2 anchovy fillets
  • A couple slices of your favourite bread
  • 1 egg
  • A small bunch of fresh flat-leaf parsley

Instructions

Boil your egg for 10 minutes, slice up all the other ingredients and place onto plate in whatever way you fancy!

Lay the tuna on top then followed by the egg. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

Equally this salad would be good with a yoghurt dressed made of anchovies and garlic if preferred. Enjoy!
